Here are some general ones:

1. Make sure the topic relates to the category you are posting in. (It might be deleted.)
2. Too much random posting is not allowed. (The irrelevant comments will be deleted, and if it goes on you will be deleted.)
3. No inappropriate material: (pictures, videos...) It will be deleted.

what he means is that you shouldn't post things that are completely irrelavent.
